On Friday 15th November, we had our very first Service Excellence Award, and we are delighted to announce that the Healthcare Technologies Department has won the 1st place with their idea 'Process Level-Up'.
Since 2021, HealthActiv is committed to developing and implementing a culture of service quality across all its activities. A new initiative was launched at the beginning of this year, with the aim of setting up a project within each department, based on two main axes: the identification and implementation of improvements or innovative proposals to perfect day-to-day operations, and the presentation of these projects in front of a jury.
We seize this opportunity to thank all the participants for having shown great enthusiasm and dedication in delivering their best during their presentation, as well as their respective Head of Department for their support and continuous involvement. We look forward to the next edition of the Service Excellence Award.
